Hitomi Soga, an abduction victim, gave a lecture in Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, to let children know about the abduction issue by North Korea, and realized the earliest possible return of abduction victims including Megumi Yokota. I appealed.

Hitomi Soga was abducted by North Korea from Mano Town, Niigata Prefecture, and now Sado City in 1978, and returned to Japan 19 years ago in 2002.

Now, while living in his hometown, he continues to give lectures and sign activities, appealing for the rescue of abductees.

On the 17th, I gave a lecture in front of children attending Maehama elementary and junior high schools in Sado City to let them know about the abduction issue.

Mr. Soga showed a picture of Megumi Yokota, who was abducted by North Korea from Niigata City when she was in elementary school, and introduced that "Megumi's family came to Sado for a trip."

He mentioned that his father, Shigeru, died in June last year without being able to meet Megumi again, and said, "I can't meet such a cute daughter and it's really hard."

In addition, he explained the situation when Mr. Soga himself was abducted and the harsh life in North Korea, and shed tears, thinking, "Looking at the blue sky and the sea, I thought that I was connected to Japan." Please cooperate with the signing activities so that you can return to Japan as soon as possible. "

One of the children who attended the lecture said, "I hope all the abductees will come back and make friends with Japan and North Korea."
