The 10 defendants are Li Zhiying, Chen Haohuan, Li Zhuoren, Liang Guoxiong, He Junren, Yang Sen, He Xiulan, Wu Wenyuan, Shan Zhongkai and Cai Yaochang.
They were charged with organizing and participating in an unauthorized assembly on October 1, 2019.
Among them, Li Zhiying, Chen Haohuan, Li Zhuoren, and Liang Guoxiong were also charged with inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly on September 30, 2019.
