Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City announced that 117 new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of infected people per day exceeds 100 for 10 consecutive days.
A total of 7439 people have been confirmed to be infected in Gifu prefecture.
