After years of applying professionalism to state clubs, and the subsequent changes that occurred to the football system, voices have returned again to demand improvement and development of the professional system due to lapses and negatives that impeded access to the desired targets.
And one of those gaps that play an important role in the triangle of generosity and loyalty may be related to social security for the professional after he ends his life in the stadiums, as he is an obsession for both players and clubs, especially that group that is devoted to practicing football and does not have a side job, or A steady income that helps her to complete the course of life normally and normally.
Perhaps some have renewed the idea of the proposal to create a job for a football player, and demanded that it be included in the public jobs of the civil service system, as one of the proposed solutions to the problems and difficulties that players face in the post-retirement period, especially since many of them at that time begin to lose those gifts and benefits that they were getting. During their professionalism, in contrast to the large monthly salary, which prepared and provided most of them with a luxurious life of luxuries and luxuries, they made them the focus of society's attention, according to the size of their effort and the type of their giving, just as they turned into topics of excitement that do not stop being presented in programs and sports councils.
The endeavor of the Association of Professionals may be in line with this demand, which will be imposed by circumstances and sudden changes in the coming period, which may come differently, and will upset the lives of prosperity and indulgence that they have captured in many seasons past.
There must be an organization based on rationing the exchange, and then advising the player to contribute to solving a problem that has been lost in the circle of questioning and solutions for many years.
Although there are parties who reject the idea from an administrative and material perspective that contradicts employment legislation and policies in the applicable regulations, this will not be an obstacle if these regulations are amended and harmonized with the requirements of the labor market, especially since the state, thanks to the vision of its leadership, is characterized by a flexible government. Agile, able to adapt to new surroundings under any circumstances and time.
Therefore, change and modernization is a good thing and is required to secure basic needs that ensure a decent living for this group, despite the fact that the opportunities were within their reach to secure the future and make a sound investment that would secure their well-being and make them immune to a hazy life whose consequences are unknown in the future.
The majority lost their senses when those advantages landed upon them, to rush towards extravagance, false enjoyment, and a dream of temporary wealth due to its pleasures, blind insight in its moments!
