Cameroon told by a child from Bonaberi, passionate about cooking, words and food, with unquenchable curiosity, become a woman, and mother, with a dual culture today, but who does not forget the wood of the tree whose she is made… nor the land where she grew up, an Africa in miniature, some say in front of the richness and diversity of Cameroon, from the shores of Lake Chad in the North, to tropical forests, to mountain ranges.

A geographical diversity is illustrated in the pots of tastes, flavors, spices, leaves, fruits, vegetables, perfumes, know-how which, once tasted, resonate here and there and raise sighs of pleasure.
