Yulia Peresild and Klim Shipenko will travel in a spaceship on October 5.

The Russian space agency Roscosmos says that they want to open space for more people and the drama has the working name Challenge.

Peresild and Shipenko are also said to have undergone medical tests and their space training will begin no later than June.

But Nasa and Tom Cruise also have the high-flying ambition to make a film on the ISS.

The project was presented last year, but it is not yet clear when to start filming.

The plan is for Cruise to go there with director Doug Liman.

The Russian announcement of a space film has led many to speculate that Russia and the United States are now in a new kind of space race with each other.
