[Explanation] At one o'clock in the morning on May 9, 2021, the escaped leopard search force in Bailongtan, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province was transferred to the mountain southwest of Longwu Cycling Park near Hejia Village, and the third leopard was found using drone thermal imaging. After learning of the situation, the company's legal representative and general manager Zhang Mouquan decided to continue to conceal it. It was not until the second leopard was discovered on the evening of May 7 that he was pressured to report the situation to the Fuyang District Forestry Department and other relevant departments.
