The song is a popular song full of Cantonese elements created, produced and recorded by Huang Zhiyi while studying at Xinghai Conservatory of Music.

The lyrics use modern texts to describe the poignant story of Zhou Shixian and Princess Changping's frustrated life and their death to the country in the end.

The song boldly uses popular music to collide with traditional operas, bred a novel and unique aesthetic.

  That night, Ni Huiying also made her final debut with a Cantonese song "Butterfly and Flower".
