At 16:24 on May 6, a man near Bayi Reservoir in Jin'an District, Fuzhou City, was trapped in a tree nearly ten meters high. After receiving the call, the local fire rescue department rushed to the scene for rescue.

Fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene and found that the man was sitting straddling a branch at the top of the tree. He was hit by a fallen branch and was unable to get out of the trap on his own. He was in urgent need of rescue.

According to the situation at the scene, the rescuers first climbed up the ladder and approached the trapped man, and performed simple treatment on the injured part. At the same time, fixed plates were installed on the man's back and waist to prevent secondary injuries.

Soon, the trapped man's physical strength gradually recovered. Rescuers immediately put on ropes and safety belts for him. With the assistance of ground personnel, the man slowly climbed down the ladder.

At present, the man has been sent to the hospital for further treatment.

It was learned afterwards that the man climbed to the tree to trim the branches of the big tree on his own. He was injured by a branch on his back and was trapped on the tree due to lack of physical strength. The ground personnel called 119 for help after finding out.
