This type of evasion from implementing sovereign legislation requires unprecedented decisions, such as deducting the amounts of these fines from the allocations and bonuses of executive departments and boards of directors, and in the event that some boards of directors continue to fail to achieve the objectives of Emiratisation, it is preferable to replace some faces that are neither fat nor enriching. In addition, the role of other supervisory bodies, such as the Cyber ​​Security Council and other entities of a supervisory nature, must have the upper hand in the localization of sensitive jobs and technical and security sectors in all major governmental or semi-governmental companies or registered in the financial markets, especially with repeated incidents and lessons learned. In other countries, employees who embezzled or were complicit in embezzlement, theft, forgery, forgery, or fraudulent facilities, we do not claim infallibility of citizens, but these jobs are mandatory for citizenship in many countries because of their importance in enhancing economic security.

And because experience has shown the scarcity of this type of crime by a citizen, and the monitoring of the citizen’s executive departments is usually "microscopic", which limits the possibility of any transgression.

Building market skills and the requirements of future jobs is not limited to government agencies alone, and transferring the Emiratisation file and its indicators to local entities is a practical and realistic matter that must be accompanied by other capabilities, for example why not obligate companies that achieve profits and returns in excess of a billion to localize 20% of their cadres or Contribute to 20% of the allocations and salaries of foreigners appointed every year to finance programs for qualification and training of citizens looking for work? We also hope to see the white list of financial companies and banks that are committed to the rates of Emiratization, and the other list of non-compliance and non-compliance rates, provided that the order is descending, according to the least committed.

Patriotism and a sense of responsibility and belonging is not limited to nationality holders only, but includes everyone, whether residents or citizens, and the high or low unemployment rates are the responsibility of all decision-makers, whether citizens or not, let us begin to govern the commitment of large companies, especially semi-governmental or registered in the financial markets, in relation to Emiratisation. Let us link the performance of boards of directors to this file, and see the transparency of published reports on the new jobs that have been appointed and the rates of Emiratisation in them, and let positive citizenship be a sense of responsibility towards a country that God has blessed us with.
