On April 22, Mr. Gao, the person in charge of Hebei Wuqiao Vocational Education Center, took 4 students to Chengdu to participate in a performance organized by a media company. These 4 students were brothers who enrolled in batches from July to September last year. They are all from Dafang County, Guizhou Province. They are 11-year-old Zhang Yuhao, 12-year-old Xiang Xuexiang, 14-year-old Chen Xin, and 15-year-old Xiang Xuehua. Among them, Xiang Xuexiang and Xiang Xuehua are brothers.
On the evening of May 1st, several students had just performed one or two performances. Before the subsequent performances started, they lost contact with each other collectively.
According to the organizer, the children had not had any quarrels before, and there was no sign of running away.
That night, Mr. Gao and Mr. Cao, the person in charge of the hosting company, searched around to no avail, and immediately called the police.
According to the video captured by the community surveillance, at about 11 pm on May 1st, the four children left the community by themselves, first appeared in a park near Chengdu University of Technology, and then the four people walked separately in two groups.
After the team walked, two younger children (11-year-old Zhang Yuhao and 12-year-old Xiang Xuexiang) appeared at the intersection of Chunxi Road, Qingshiqiao, Renmin South Road and First Ring Road, and finally on the morning of May 2 At 7 o'clock, he appeared at the intersection of Kehua South Road and Zhonghuan Road.
The two older children (14-year-old Chen Xin and 15-year-old Xiang Xuehua) appeared near Longtan Interchange at 1 am on May 2.
At around 4 pm on May 2nd, several children were again found in the area under the jurisdiction of the Guixi Police Station.
Although the surveillance captured their tracks, they were still unable to be found.
After the incident, the parents of the four children also rushed to Chengdu from their hometown of Guizhou, and asked more than a hundred people from local charity organizations to help find them, and issue missing persons notices where the children might appear.

Through questioning, they learned that several children thought school training and practice were too hard, so they discussed sneaking home.
"Although the two children seem to be in good condition." Zhang Yuhao's family said. As for why they left, the children did not say, and they did not contact Zhang Yuhao and Xiang Xuexiang again.
On the afternoon of May 7th, Zhang Yuhao’s parents reported that all four children had been found by the police.
According to the children, they had no money to eat after they ran away during this period, and they didn't think about how to go home. Instead, they hid in a park.
"They don't recognize the way, but they don't want to contact us. They play when they wake up, and go to sleep when they are tired. They don't know that adults are looking for them all over the world." Zhang Yuhao's parents said that after the two children found them, they ate. The meal fell asleep and fell asleep.
She said that the family had just bought tickets and was going to take their children home.

Wuqiao County Vocational Education Center is a public vocational and technical school founded in 1992. It was established by the county in accordance with the requirements of superiors and the needs of local economic development. It is a vocational technical school integrating vocational high school, comprehensive high school, general technical secondary school, and vocational technical secondary school.
On December 21, 1999, it was recognized as the second batch of “provincial key vocational education centers” by the Hebei Provincial Department of Education; on December 15, 2000, the school’s acrobatics major was rated as “provincial-level” after the evaluation by the Hebei Provincial Department of Education Special profession".
At present, the school has more than 400 students, recruiting students from all over the country, mainly from Guizhou, Yunnan, and Henan.
"We are absolutely legally qualified, and we will also sign a contract with each student. The departure this time is just an excuse for a few children to go out and play."
