Between France and the United Kingdom, the tone is rising.

This Thursday, May 6, about fifty boats gathered in front of Saint-Hélier, the capital of the Channel Island of Jersey, to block the port in protest of the fishing conditions imposed by the British.

They denounce the non-respect of the post-Brexit agreement.

Two French patrol boats and two Royal Navy boats were deployed in response on both sides.
