In a trial filed by a man's wife in a country that has not disclosed the existence of a file that was allegedly left at work by a male employee of the Kinki Local Finance Bureau who committed suicide due to the issue of falsification of the approval document of the Ministry of Finance. It turned out that we changed to a policy of admitting existence.

The so-called "Akagi File" is said to have been left in the workplace by Toshio Akagi (54 years old at the time), a Kinki Local Finance Bureau employee who committed suicide after being involved in the falsification of the approval document regarding Moritomo Gakuen. Masako asked for disclosure in a trial in which she sued the country.

On the other hand, the government did not disclose whether the file existed as "not necessary for the trial" and refused to confirm the existence of the file to the opposition party who requested disclosure in the Diet because of the trial.

Under these circumstances, the government was considering a response after the Osaka District Court urged disclosure in March, but changed to a policy of admitting the existence of the file, and Masako's side also on the 6th. I learned from an interview with the people concerned that I would tell the court.

It has also been pointed out that the file may contain items not included in the Ministry of Finance's investigation report, such as specific instructions for tampering.

By recognizing the existence of the country, the focus will be on how much content will be disclosed in the future.
