It is understood that the Potato Festival held in Zhaitang Village is mainly to attract tourists, start the Zhaitang Small Potato brand, and create a new model for the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, so that villagers can sell out ecological ingredients without leaving the village, and sell the yellow small potatoes. Potatoes have become "little golden beans" that help farmers get rich.
At present, the planting area of small potatoes in Zhaitang Village is about 160 mu, and the output value per mu is as high as 7000 yuan.
