The maximum wind reached level 12 and 1 ship in Lanshan District. The fishing boat overturned about 50 nautical miles from Arashiyama, and one person was rescued by surrounding fishing boats, and the other three were lost.

After the incident, relevant departments quickly organized nearby fishing boats to carry out search and rescue operations. At the same time, the Municipal Maritime Search and Rescue Center coordinated professional rescue efforts to search and rescue the waters where the incident occurred.
