The woman was arrested on Thursday night after four people in need of help and one seriously injured resident were found in the Potsdam Oberlinhaus of the Protestant Diakonie, a facility for people with severe multiple disabilities.

According to information from the German press agency, the four killed residents had severe cuts in their throats.
