On April 28, on the second anniversary of the opening of the Beijing Expo 2019, the opening ceremony of the second Beijing International Garden Festival with the theme of "Green Life and Beautiful Homes" was held in Beijing Expo Park.
This year’s Garden Festival will last until October 15th. More than 40,000 square meters of iconic flower landscapes of the World Garden, such as Wanhua Square and Tiantian Mountain Flower Field, will be decorated with more than 100 varieties of flowers.
Yang Yongjie, chief accountant of the World Garden Corporation, said that activities such as the Lego Kingdom, Strawberry Music Festival, and children's balance bike competition will also be held in the World Garden Park. People are welcome to visit and play.
