The power of the people, the son of Rep. Je-won Jang and rapper Noel (real name: Jang Yong-jun, 20) said the case was closed with ``no public prosecution'' for assaulting a pedestrian on the street.

Noel wrote in his social media story on the 28th, "I was sent to the prosecution two weeks ago and the case was closed because there was no right to prosecute. Do you open a news article a day before the release of my album? It's a really fun country."

On this day, a media outlet in the Busan region announced that the Busan Jinkyung Police Station recently sent two people, Noel and an acquaintance, to the prosecution on charges of assault. Noel was accused of spitting on the other's face or assaulting both hands after an argument with a passerby on the street in Busan's Busojin-gu in the early morning of February 26th.

As Noel announced that the case was ended with'no public prosecution', there are speculations online that he would have reached an agreement with the victim of the assault case ahead of the release of the album. Even if the victim has been assaulted, the prosecution cannot file a prosecution if the victim reveals that he does not want the perpetrator to be punished.

Meanwhile, Noel was sentenced to probation last year after being convicted of drunk driving and changing drivers.
