66 forest fires were extinguished in Russia per day

"Over the past day in Russia, 66 forest fires were liquidated on an area of ​​12 209 hectares," RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that the largest area of ​​fires was recorded in the Tyumen region - 4026 hectares.

Earlier, "Amber Territory" reported that a special fire regime was introduced in the Kaliningrad region from April 26 to May 24.
