According to the Busan Ilbo, the Busanjin Police Station in Busan said, "Noel and his acquaintances were sent to the prosecution on charges of assault, such as pushing the chest of a passerby on the Seomyeon Road in Busan."



Noel and his acquaintances are accused of swearing and assaulting a passerby A on a road near the Bujeon Library in Busanjin-gu, Busan at 1 am on February 26th.
