  The report shows that among the interviewees, 57.0% of the young people interviewed already have their own houses, 70.1% of the young people interviewed have the intention to buy a house within five years, and 12.9% of the interviewees plan to buy a house this year, and their willingness is more urgent.

  What price house can young people afford?

Income basically determines the total price of the house and the pressure on the house loan.

The report pointed out that 44.3% of the youth interviewed can accept a total housing price of 1 million to 2 million yuan, and the proportion that can accept a housing price of more than 5 million yuan is only in the single digits (6.9%).

In the case of young people aged 18-24 who are new to society, 35.8% of them tend to have houses with a total price of less than 1 million yuan under the condition of insufficient income accumulation.

  On the whole, young people's monthly rent/monthly payment accounts for less than 40% of their income, mainly around 20-30%. 60.6% of the young people interviewed can afford a monthly mortgage of 2,000 to 5,000 yuan.

  Different from the 18-24 year olds, the 40-44 year olds with relatively ample economic conditions showed absolute strength when buying a house. The percentage of buying a house in full amount reached 23.8%, far exceeding the overall level of 10.8%. .

  What kind of housing is most favored by young people?

The report shows that "90-120 square meters of three-bedroom" has become a favorite among young people, with 56.9% of the youth surveyed favoring this, and 70-90 square meters of two-bedroom is the second choice for young people, and another 12.3% Of young people interviewed expect to buy a four-bedroom apartment of 120-150 square meters.
