The Free State is thus implementing this point earlier than the federal government.
In practice, this means that vaccinated people with full vaccination protection do not have to show a negative corona test when they visit the hairdresser.
However, there are no further exceptions such as access to facilities that are currently closed, such as swimming pools.
Anyone who has been vaccinated twice and “has almost zero risk must be restored to their central basic rights,” said Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU).
The fundamental rights should be returned as soon as possible.
Thuringia also wants to anchor the formal equality of those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered with those who have tested negative in a new state corona regulation.
The cabinet agreed on this, said Deputy Prime Minister Anja Siegesmund (Greens).
At the federal and state vaccination summit on Monday, there had not yet been any resolutions on the nationwide treatment of vaccinated and convalescent people and possible easing of the corona restrictions.
