Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, announced that it has been newly confirmed that a total of two women in their 20s and men in their 90s who live in the city are infected with the new coronavirus.
Yamaguchi Prefecture also announced that it has been confirmed that a total of four men and women living in Iwakuni City, Kudamatsu City, Sanyo Onoda City, and Hagi City are infected with the new coronavirus.
This brings the total number of confirmed infections in Yamaguchi Prefecture to 1724.
