Junba Fishing Village is located in Qushui County, Lhasa, Tibet. It is located on the north bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River at the lower reaches of Lhasa. It was once the only village in Tibet and even the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau that lived on fishing for generations. Originally pronounced "Zengba", meaning "catcher" or "fisher").
