96 forest fires were extinguished in Russia per day

"Over the past day on 25.04.2021, 96 forest fires were liquidated in Russia on an area of ​​10,117 hectares," RIA Novosti is quoted as saying.

It is noted that the largest area of ​​fires was recorded in the Khabarovsk Territory, there were two forest fires on an area of ​​1,732 hectares.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, named the regions with a high risk of wildfires.
