This April 25 is World Malaria Day.

A scourge that resulted in the death of nearly 400,000 people around the world in 2019, the vast majority of children under the age of 5.

This disease is caused by parasites and transmitted through the bites of certain mosquitoes, themselves infected.

Professor Olivier Bouchaud, head of the infectious and tropical diseases department at the CHU Avicenne in Bobigny, in the Paris region, is our guest.
