After investigation, Qiu Mou (male, 42 years old, freelancer) obtained Ni Mou’s WeChat profile picture and other information through his friends, and he became a blogger and showed off his so-called "social relationship" to others in order to use his own two parts. The mobile phone deliberately fabricated false information related to Ni in the way of sending messages, causing bad social impact.
The suspect Qiu has been detained in accordance with the law and the case is under further investigation.
