Recently, the Huiji Branch of the Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau detected a cross-border telecommunications network fraud case specifically targeted at foreign women through continuous operations. 11 criminal suspects were arrested, 15 laptop computers used for fraud, and more than 30 iPhones were seized.
On April 10, the Xinglu Police Station of the Huiji Sub-director of the Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau received a police message: Ai Moumou, a fugitive criminal suspect suspected of telecommunications fraud, was active in its jurisdiction.
The police found that the fugitive had arrived in Zhengzhou since March 2021 and had no trace of leaving.
After a secret investigation, the police discovered that the fugitive Ai Moumou lived in a villa in a community in Huiji District.

After three days of squatting, the police found that there were many people in the villa, and they were living in a simple place, basically in line with the characteristics of the activities of a telecommunication fraud group.
After understanding the situation, at 22:00 on April 15th, the police surrounded and arrested the suspect in the villa.
11 criminal suspects were arrested at the scene, 15 laptop computers and more than 30 Apple mobile phones used to carry out telecommunications fraud were seized.
After investigation, the police discovered that the gang specifically targeted foreign women to defraud, with complete narrative materials from online dating to investment.
Among them, the criminal suspect Li rented a villa in a community in Huiji District, Zhengzhou City on March 15, 2021, and his accomplice "Dharma" recruited 4 Chongqing criminal suspects Ai Moumou and Hu Mou , Wen XX, Wen XX, and 7 men from Anyang, Henan Province, used the "killing pig plate" technique to specifically target women over the age of 20 and under 40 in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and Vietnam. After establishing relationships in the name of making friends and chatting, Induce victims to invest in investment platforms developed by their fraud gangs, and then commit fraud.
According to preliminary statistics, the gang has defrauded more than ten Thai and Vietnamese victims since March 15, 2021, and the amount of fraud is about 1.5 million.
During the chat, the suspect packaged himself as a handsome man, sending videos and photos to the other party from time to time.
However, most of the "high, rich and handsome" do not understand English at all, so how do they deceive foreigners?
It turns out that the gang has relatively complete language materials and Chinese-English translations, and when necessary, they also use translation software.
At present, 11 criminal suspects including Li XX and Ai XX have been detained under criminal law.
The fugitive suspect Li and others are under arrest.
