“Over the past day, on April 20, 111 forest fires have been liquidated in Russia on an area of ​​3543 hectares,” RIA Novosti quotes the agency's message.

The maximum area of ​​fires was recorded in the Amur Region, where there were six forest fires on an area of ​​1300 hectares.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, named the regions with a high risk of wildfires.
