“Over the past day, April 19, 90 forest fires have been liquidated in Russia on an area of 1,342 hectares,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that the largest area of fires was recorded in the Amur Region, where there was one fire on an area of 330 hectares.
Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, named the regions with a high risk of wildfires.
