After analyzing the circumstances of the case, the task force decided to conduct in-depth investigations on the flow of funds in bank accounts, the flow of people in dating accounts, and the information flow of investment and financial management software, and gradually discovered a criminal group that engages in fraud, money laundering, and virtual APP operation. After the investigation of the case, the task force, after obtaining information about the return of Zhang, Chen and other criminal groups who have been entrenched in Myanmar for a long time, sent more than 40 police forces to Yunnan, Jilin, Shandong, and Baotou, Inner Mongolia, to prepare for centralized arrest.

On April 17, with the arrest of Zhang and Chen, a telecommunications fraud group entrenched in Myanmar was destroyed.
