The "Floor Bridge" exercise is distinguished by that it aims to strengthen the muscles of the "glutes", which are very important muscles for the posture of the body, as it helps to straighten it.

This exercise can be applied from 15 to 20 repetitions, from three to five rounds, and from two to three times a week.

The "Floor Bridge" is not an exercise that burns a lot of calories, but it helps to straighten and tighten the body.
