An exhibition introducing related items such as the creative notes of singer Eigo Kawashima, who died 20 years ago, is being held in Kyoto.

The exhibition is being held at the Museum of Kyoto in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City, which marks the 20th anniversary of the death of Eigo Kawashima, a singer from Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka.

At the venue, about 250 items related to it are exhibited, and 29 creative notebooks that Mr. Kawashima has been writing since he was in the second year of junior high school are exhibited for the first time.

The first lyrics of the hit song "Sake to Namida to Otoko to Otoko" in 1975 were written by Mr. Kawashima when he was 18 years old. It means that they got the idea by seeing their situation.

In addition to the chorus part of the song, "Drink, drink, drink, drink," the notes at the time said, "I'm sure I'll sleep as it is."

In addition, the lyrics of "Tenbin Bakari" have traces of being rewritten many times with a two-color pen while changing the phrase according to the times.

Amiru Kawashima, the daughter who organized the exhibition, said, "I want fans and generations who don't know to enjoy the world of my father's poetry quietly."

The exhibition is open until the 25th of this month.
