On the evening of April 13, China's nine provinces (regions) along the Yellow River met in Zhengzhou on the bank of the Yellow River to jointly promote the Yellow River culture.
The first China (Zhengzhou) Yellow River Culture Month was launched that evening.
The Yellow River flows through nine provinces (regions) in China: Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, and Shandong. The Yellow River culture is also an important part of Chinese civilization.
At the opening ceremony that night, as a magnificent "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" was slowly unfolding, nine children from the nine provinces (districts) along the Yellow River, holding vessels full of local Yellow River water, sang "My Motherland" .
The first China (Zhengzhou) Yellow River Culture Month will last from April 13 to May 8, including the ceremony of worshipping the ancestors in the hometown of Huang Di in the year of Xin Chou, the "Three Cities Three Hundred Miles and Three Thousand Years" series of cultural tourism activities, China (Zhengzhou) International Nine activities including the Tourism City Mayor Forum and the Treasures of the Yellow River-the Exhibition of Cultural Relics of the Nine Provinces along the Yellow River.
