"He wanted to give shape to his dreams, to be a cattle rancher. He saw a Cura de Valverde run in the 90's in Arles. As he left the square, he said that one day he would be a Cura de Valverde cattle rancher," explains Julien.
20 years later, "he sold his factories and with that money he made himself first with the Cura de Valverde and then with Concha y Sierra. He likes animals with different settings.
He wanted to preserve these two historical irons."
Concha y Sierra was until then in Huelva.
