Toyama Prefecture announced that 16 men and women under the age of 10 to 50s living in Toyama City and Takaoka City, as well as Imizu City and Namerikawa City, have been newly confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 1017 people were confirmed to be infected in Toyama Prefecture.
