The prosecutor informed the case of Huo Yuncheng, the former party secretary and director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Emergency Management, of suspected bribery.

According to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Jing Hongnian, the former party secretary and chairman of Sichuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., was prosecuted for taking bribes.
He has been accused of being indifferent and willing to be "encircled and hunted"; in his position, he does not seek his own government, abuses power, violates discipline and law, and reduces public power into a tool for personal gain.
Peng Yudian, a former party member and deputy mayor of the Qingyuan Municipal People's Government of Guangdong Province, was prosecuted for taking bribes.
He has been accused of taking advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in terms of project contracting, project approval, land compensation, etc., and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.
In addition, Guangdong prosecutors arrested Zhou Shiming, the former leader of the Fourth Inspection Team of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, on suspicion of accepting bribes in accordance with the law.
