21 new confirmed cases in 31 provinces, 8 of which are in Yunnan

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 21 new confirmed cases from 0-24 o'clock on April 8th, including imported cases from abroad. 13 cases (4 in Guangdong, 3 in Shanghai, 2 in Shaanxi, 1 in Beijing, 1 in Shanxi, 1 in Fujian, 1 in Hunan), 8 local cases (all in Yunnan); no new deaths; new One suspected case is an imported case (in Shanghai).

　　5 new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, 466 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 1 more severe cases than the previous day.

　　There are 194 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

A total of 5397 confirmed cases, a total of 5203 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on April 8, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 279 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), a total of 85,471 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,636 deaths. A total of 90,386 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 2 suspected cases.

A total of 995,259 close contacts have been traced, and 7,364 close contacts are still under medical observation.
