On the way out of Yincheng Street, several vehicles were hit during the period. The officer fired a shot and intercepted the man involved in the right shoulder.

The police alleged that the vehicle's driving permit had expired, and a tool that could be used for burglary was found at the rear of the vehicle. The driver involved was arrested for dangerous driving and possession of tools for illegal purposes.
