The judiciary obliges Muhammad Ramadan to pay 6 million pounds to the pilot's captain, Abu Al-Yusr

Today, Wednesday, the Cairo Economic Court issued a ruling to compensate pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, with an amount of 6 million pounds from the artist Mohamed Ramadan for the damage caused to him, due to a picture published by Muhammad Ramadan while on board a plane piloted by Captain Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, and the subsidiary lawsuit was rejected.

The lawsuit stated that the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, took advantage of his client's image to promote himself by publishing a video clip for a new song for him, which he called "You Won't Search at the Airport", using the image of Captain Pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr in a spectacle in piloting the plane, which led to severe financial and moral damage to him. The Civil Aviation Authority imposed a penalty on pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr to withdraw his license for life for violating safety standards while flying, in addition to revoking his assistant's license for a year.
