　　According to the report, the national talent competition index for the spring job search period of 2021 is 44, which means that every 44 people compete for a job nationwide. The competition index increased by 9.9 month-on-month and decreased by 2.3 year-on-year.

　　According to the report, the competition index has a positive relationship with the scale of enterprises. Specifically, the competition index of super-large enterprises with a scale of more than 10,000 people is the highest, reaching 60.1, while the competition indexes of enterprises with a scale of 1,000-9999 and 500-999 are in order. Compared with the same period of last year, the competition index of enterprises of various scales is only the very large enterprises with a scale of more than 10,000 people showing an upward trend, an increase of 4.5 year-on-year.
