The report pointed out that in the spring of 2021, the demand for recruitment during the job search period has increased year-on-year than resume delivery, and job search competition has cooled down compared with the same period last year. The number of jobs in Beijing has increased by nearly 90% year-on-year.

  According to the report, the national talent competition index for the spring job search period of 2021 is 44, which means that every 44 people compete for a job nationwide. The competition index increased by 9.9 month-on-month and decreased by 2.3 year-on-year.

  According to the report, the competition index has a positive relationship with the scale of enterprises. Specifically, the competition index of super-large enterprises with a scale of more than 10,000 people is the highest, reaching 60.1, while the competition indexes of enterprises with a scale of 1,000-9999 and 500-999 are in order. Followed by 58, 49.9.

Compared with the same period of last year, the competition index of enterprises of various scales is only the very large enterprises with a scale of more than 10,000 people showing an upward trend, an increase of 4.5 year-on-year.

  According to the report, from the perspective of the competition index of enterprises of different nature, state-owned enterprises are still the most popular, with an average of 73.1 people posting a job, and the competition index of listed companies ranked second at 51.5.
