China News Service, April 7th. According to the official WeChat news of the Propaganda Department of the Ruili Municipal Party Committee, Yunnan, at 22:00 on the evening of April 6, the Ruili City Epidemic Prevention and Control Grid Service Management Leading Group and the Joint Law Enforcement Team found a man on Ruihong Road Flowing on the street.
After questioning, the man had no certificate of going out and violated the home isolation regulations issued by the Ruili City Government in an emergency. The man was then transferred to the Ruihong Police Station for administrative punishment in accordance with Article 50 of the Public Security Management Penalty Law.
