A large bus in Lu'an, Anhui Province rolled over and injured many people. Fire emergency dispatched rescue

On the evening of April 3, a traffic accident occurred one kilometer away from the Xuji hub in the direction of Hefei on the Anhui Lu’an Hushan Expressway in the direction of Wuhan. A bus carrying 41 people rushed out of the expressway and fell off the roadbed, causing many injuries.

At 19:59, after receiving the alarm, the Yu'an Brigade immediately dispatched two fire trucks, and 12 officers and soldiers rushed to the scene for disposal.

Fire commanders arrived at the scene at 20:20 and found that the personnel in the vehicle had carried out self-rescue and mutual rescue. Five of the passengers had been rescued and sent to the local hospital for examination and treatment.

Immediately, according to the situation on the scene, the fire rescue personnel immediately grouped the trapped persons in the rescue vehicle box. The first group carried the demolition equipment for demolition and rescue. The second group erected a ladder to establish a rapid transfer channel. The third group assisted 120 rescue personnel. The rescuers were escorted.

After more than 30 minutes of unremitting efforts, all trapped persons were successfully rescued and sent to 120 ambulances with the cooperation of medical staff.

It is understood that the bus has a nuclear-carrying 48 people and actual 41 people, and it drove from Shanghai to Nanchong, Sichuan.

When driving to this section, due to the sudden braking of the vehicle in front, coupled with the wet and slippery road surface and poor visibility in rainy weather, the vehicle braked strongly and changed direction, causing the vehicle to roll over outside the high-speed guardrail.

At present, the specific cause of the accident is under further investigation by relevant departments.
