On Sunday night, police forces broke up an illegal party in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg.
According to the police, the officers were made aware of the event through an anonymous phone call.
On site, 47 people from different households were found who celebrated together in an apartment building, disregarding the applicable corona protective measures.
Some of them hid behind a hidden door when the police wanted to record the personal details of the participants in the party. They would not have worn any mouth and nose covers and did not comply with any distance rules. The police found violations of the Infection Protection Measures Ordinance in each of them.
