China News Service, Chengdu, April 3 (Reporter Liu Zhongjun) The police station in Manigange Town, Dege County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan revealed on April 3 that more than a hundred people were nervous for 27 hours in the mountains and valleys at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters. After searching, the road construction workers who had lost contact for more than 20 hours were successfully found and transferred to Chengdu for treatment. Their vital signs are gradually recovering.

At 8:40 am on April 1, the Manigange Town Police Station in Dege County received an order from the 110 Command Center stating that a worker in Xueke Village, Manigange Town, had lost contact for more than 20 hours. Please quickly Organize search and rescue work.

After receiving the police, the Manigange police station organized police to rush to the scene.

At the same time, the Dege County Emergency Management Bureau, the staff of the Party Committee and government of Manigange Town and the villagers of Xueke Village were formed to form a "multi-departmental joint" search and rescue force. The search and rescue efforts were carried out quickly around the workers' lost ground.

It is understood that the workers lost the center point and built the provincial highway No. 458. There is no man's land in Xueke Village. It is more than 20 kilometers away from the national highway No. 317 and other main roads, and the altitude is nearly 5,000 meters.

Due to rain and sleet at night, the temperature difference between day and night is amazing, the oxygen is thin, and the natural climate conditions are harsh. In the high mountain valley, which can be called the "life forbidden zone", every 1 minute delay means 60 seconds of life danger.

During the search, rescuers used drones and found nothing.

"You can't miss the best rescue time. Everyone must do their best to search and rescue." All the search and rescue personnel overcome one difficulty after another, taking heavy steps to carefully search for Yang's possible high mountains and valleys.

"Search + temporary on-site discussions to find strategies." Rescuers entered the mountain three times to carry out search and rescue operations.

At about 12 o'clock on April 2nd, the search and rescue work ushered in a major turnaround. In a mountain more than 10 kilometers away from the missing place, rescuers found Yang, a lost worker.

At this time, Yang was barefoot and naked, and his whole body was cold. There was an "abnormal undressing phenomenon". He was dying of life and was in a critical condition.

After the medical staff with the team quickly carried out emergency medical treatment, the rescuers did not dare to delay one minute and quickly escorted Yang down the mountain.

"I'm strong, I'll carry him." Luo Rong Luozhu, the burly assistant policeman, took the initiative to stand up.

"Yang survived, life is miraculous." A rescuer said.

Yang was sent to Ganzi County People's Hospital for treatment.

After investigation by the police, the lost 50-year-old Yang was a worker on the construction site of the newly constructed Provincial Highway 458 in the direction of Baiyu County in Xueke Village, Manigange Town.

The workers of Yang said that they had not found any abnormalities before the loss, and had no unpleasant phenomena such as conflicts with the workers.

Dege police said that Yang is now out of danger and has been transferred to West China Hospital of Sichuan University for treatment.

The police also reminded everyone in high-altitude areas not to enter the high-cold no man's land at will. Life is more than everything, and safety is better than anything else.
