China News Service, Shanghai, April 2 (Wang Zitao) The reporter learned from China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that April 2 is the first day of railway transportation during the Qingming Festival. The Yangtze River Delta Railway is expected to send 2.6 million passengers and plans to increase it. There are 150 passenger trains, and the passenger flow is mainly concentrated in the "high-speed rail three-hour traffic circle".

During the Ching Ming holiday, the intercity passenger flow in the Yangtze River Delta and the surrounding short-distance passenger flow accounted for a relatively large proportion, and the passenger flow mainly consisted of tourism, family visits, and grave sweeping.

From the analysis of the time period of passenger outflow, the passenger flow of this year's Ching Ming Festival will show the travel pattern of the first three days (2 to 4) from the big city to the surroundings to visit relatives and travel, and the last day (5th) to return.

In view of the substantial increase in intercity and surrounding short-distance passenger flows during the short and long holidays, China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans to travel to North China, South China, Central Plains, etc. on the basis of opening 36 pairs of peak lines within its management and adding 17 pairs of spring outing trains. Several passenger trains were added in the direction.

The passenger flow ushered in a peak, and the prevention and control of the epidemic needs to be implemented in detail.

Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing South, Xuzhou East and other stations will implement relevant epidemic prevention and control measures, and measure the body temperature of passengers entering and leaving the station through a combination of handheld temperature measurement and infrared non-sensing temperature measurement.

Stations in Hangzhou East, Ningbo, Huaian East, Lianyungang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Hefei passenger transport depots have implemented normal disinfection and ventilation measures.

The stations in Suzhou, Suzhou North, and Wuxi coordinate with local transportation departments to provide assistance for arriving passengers to transfer to buses and subways.
