The designated flight will be flight CX2252 from London, England to Hong Kong at 9:10 am on April 21 and April 28. The airline's booking system for designated flights will be opened on April 8.

  It is reported that passengers of designated flights from London to Hong Kong must present proof of negative results of the COVID-19 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) nucleic acid test conducted within 72 hours before the scheduled departure time when checking in. Nucleic acid test results of other technologies will not be accepted.

Hong Kong residents who have stayed in any designated area of ​​Group A (Brazil, Ireland, South Africa and the United Kingdom) for more than two hours on the day of boarding or 21 days before can board the flight and return directly to Hong Kong.

  In addition, those who successfully purchase tickets will be linked to the appointment system of the designated quarantine facility, and they must be in the hotel for 21 days of compulsory quarantine.

When boarding the plane, passengers must also present a confirmation letter for booking a room 21 days after arrival at the above-mentioned designated quarantine facility (Rah Yard Hotel, Tsing Yi).

Related quarantine persons must also be tested on the 7th, 12th and 19th day of arrival in Hong Kong.

  A government spokesperson reiterated that the boarding restrictions currently applicable to the designated areas in Group A are still in effect.

Any person who has stayed in the designated area of ​​Group A (including the United Kingdom) for more than two hours on the day of boarding or 21 days before it will not be allowed to board the aircraft to come to Hong Kong unless taking a designated flight.

  In addition, the quarantine arrangements for people arriving in Hong Kong who have stayed in overseas low-risk areas have also been adjusted.

Those who arrive in Hong Kong on or after April 9 and who have only stayed in Australia, New Zealand or Singapore on the day of arrival or 21 days before will have the compulsory quarantine period reduced to 14 days, and they will be required to conduct self-monitoring for the next 7 days , And mandatory testing on the 19th day of arrival in Hong Kong.

Relevant persons are still required to undergo compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels.

This quarantine arrangement applies to Hong Kong residents and non-Hong Kong residents.
