On April 1, Chengdu High-tech Disaster Mitigation Research Institute announced that the Chengdu High-tech Disaster Mitigation Research Institute and Chengdu Multi-hazard Early Warning Engineering Technology Research Center successfully carried out the first full-chain field landslide monitoring and early warning test in Pingwu County, Mianyang, Sichuan.

This test is to test the landslide monitoring and early warning capabilities of the Continental Disaster Early Warning System by simulating artificially constructed slope landslides caused by rainfall.

Among them, a blue warning is issued 1 hour and 20 minutes in advance, a yellow warning is issued 1 hour and 14 minutes in advance, and a red warning is issued 1 hour and 6 minutes in advance.

At the same time, the landslide warning information generated by the early warning system is sent out through disaster warning receiving terminals, disaster warning "big speakers", smart outbound calls, APPs, etc.
