Chinanews.com, Harbin, March 30 (Yang Hongliang, reporter Wang Nina) Fangzheng County Party Committee Propaganda Department, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province announced on the 30th that there was a sudden blizzard on the Ant River on the night of March 28, 2021, at 5:50 on March 29 , Fangzheng County Xinxing Bridge No. 1 bridge slab shifted and sunk, Fangzheng County emergency, traffic, traffic police and other departments rushed to the scene as soon as possible to implement control of the road section, and announced the detour route.
At 11:40 on the 29th, piers 2 and 3 of Xinxing Bridge collapsed, causing no traffic accidents or casualties.
Currently, the cause of the bridge collapse is under investigation.
