Troppenhagen:

I've tried many diets myself.

A few years ago I weighed 30 kilos more and was not happy with my weight.

The kilos simply added up over the years, and the diets always had the yo-yo effect and were ultimately unsatisfactory.

So I thought about how I could change my diet, but still like it.

That's how it started.

At first I made a lot of mistakes.
